Booking Enquiry Response – Privacy Notice

Here at Rhossili Bunkhouse we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

The information we hold is used to confirm and record your booking and will be retained until the end of the accounting period in which the booking falls.  This will usually be the end of the following May.

If you are booking the Hall or Meeting Room we will need to share your details with the Trustees who run Rhossili Village Hall.  This is solely to allow us to book their facilities on your behalf.

Visitors who stay at the Bunkhouse are responsible for their own parties’ health and behaviour as there will be no staff present on the premises for the majority of their stay.  We collect personal data (name, home address and in the case of minors age) of all our guests to allow us to help ensure the safety of all our visitors and be certain that all minors are accompanied by an adult.

The data will also be provided to the Welsh Test Trace Protect contact tracing service if there is a confirmed case of Coronavirus in a member of your group during or immediately after your stay in the bunkhouse.
In the case of an emergency we will need to share this information with the emergency services (Fire & Ambulance services)

The information will be destroyed as soon as practicable after the booking as defined by the Test Trace Protect protocols.

Please note:  If you decide to cancel the booking when we are informed of this your personal information will be removed from our systems and records.
